No, we won’t be scanning tickets at the entrance. Showing your confirmation email (either digital or printed) is all you need.

For a quicker and smoother entry, we recommend purchasing your ticket online in advance. However, tickets will also be available at the door with cash or card.

Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable.

Is my ticket valid for both days?
Yes! Your ticket is valid for the 2 days. Whether you want to come one day or both, you’re covered.

What if I want to come back later in the day or return the next day?
At exit/entry, you’ll receive a wristband or stamp that allows you to return without needing to show your ticket again. Just make sure to keep it on!

Can I bring my dog?
While we love our furry friends, only service dogs are permitted at this event. We appreciate your understanding!
